- Function:
PartsTree.com, the fast growing online division of HCOP, LLC (Hill Country Outdoor Power), is currently seeking energetic and articulate professionals for our Customer Service Team. These are full-time seasonal positions (likely through October) with the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment depending upon performance and workload. - Responsiblilties:
* Receive and resolve inbound calls and emails, including order entry, part lookup assistance and issue diagnosis
* Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails with existing customers and suppliers
* Build rapport with customers through active listening and adjusting your approach to the customer's experience level
* Demonstrate proficiency in typing (over 35 wpm) and written/spoken etiquette in all interactions
* Consistently communicate and collaborate positively with team members, customers and suppliers
* Manage time effectively to ensure department meets service level goals and maintains high customer satisfaction
* Local area Austin, Buda, Kyle, Bastrop, Lockhart and San Marcos candidates encouraged
* Location: 6800 Burleson Road, Austin, TX 78744 (near intersection of Montopolis and Ben White / 71)
* Compensation: $12/hour to start - Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, punctuality, dependability and a positive attitude
* Proficient with Windows-based computer tasks, including typical Internet-based apps and website functionality
* Availability to work within seasonal business hours: Mon-Fri 7am-7pm and Sat-Sun 9am-6pm
* Prospective employee must be able to pass a general background check. Individuals will not be hired if they have been convicted of a felony.
* 1 to 2 years work experience in a customer service environment preferred
* Familiarity with outdoor power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) a plus
* Bilingual English/Spanish fluency in verbal and written communications a plus
